Employee Wizard User Manual
Table of Contents
The Employee Master is used for adding staff who require access to
the systems to make bookings. It is also used to deactivate Staff who will no
longer require access. New employee detail should be registered at the Employee
Master.
Path: Start à Wizards à Employee.
The following screen will be displayed when you click on the Employee
Master under Wizards. Click on Add Employee to add the profile of the new
staff.
First Name à Name of the
staff using the system for booking Accommodations and Services.
Last Name à The last name
or the surname of the staff.
Designation à The
designation of the staff.
Department à The department
of the staff. The user rights will be given according to the department.
Address à The address
where this staff is located. Sometimes the company could have branches office.
Enter the address of that location.
Country à Click on the
Geo structure, the Region and City gests updated.
Email à For
communication purpose it is important to have the email id of the staff.
Telephone à The phone number
that will be used by the staff.
Fax à The company
fax number
Mobile à The mobile
number of the staff if required.
Emp Status à By default the
Emp Status is set to Inactive. Select Active,
if the staff will be using the system for making Bookings. Select Inactive if
the staff is not using the system for making bookings or has left the company.
To Modify the profile of the employee click on Modify Employee and
the below screen will be displayed.
Make the required changes and Submit for the changes to take place.
Create / Modify Passport à Employees
using Illusions can access the system only if they have a Login and Password.
Click on Create / Modify Passport to add the Login and Password. Login or
Password can be modified using the same Create / Modify Passport.
If the maximum number of user licenses has been reached, the message
below will be displayed.
